Deliveries

We are partners with BRT and deliver to all parts of Italy in 1 to 3 working days. Please contact info@maisonluxure.com for special requirements or deliveries outside Italy. Our cartons are anonymous.

Guarantees

We sell original merchandise guaranteed by the manufacturers in accordance with the law. Please notify us of defective items within 48 hours, by writing to info@maisonluxure.com including photos and a detailed description. We will contact you within 3 working days to arrange collection and after having examined the items, will offer replacement or a voucher of the same value.

Hygiene

Individual products are supplied in their original, unopened packing, placed inside a plastic bag and never handled without gloves. Our staff adhere to all current COVID-19 rules and regulations. Furthermore, we are HACCP certified.
